With only 5 ingredients, one bowl and no bake, this recipe couldn't be easier.
You can eat this chocolate straight from the fridge and it has an amazing fudgy texture. I know you are going to love these raw chocolate bites.
Fudgy Peanut Butter Raw Chocolate
^Vegan, soy-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free
Portion: 6 squares
Prep Time: 10 min
Set Time: 1-2 hours (can speed this up by setting in the freezer)
1/4 cup Cacao Butter
1/4 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup for Vegan option)
1/3 cup Cacao
Pinch of salt
Crushed Roasted Peanuts
Melt Cacao Butter using a double boiler
Once melted add Peanut Butter and Honey, heat through
Take off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients
Keep stirring until well combined
Optional: Add crushed peanuts to the bottom of the chocolate mould*
Spoon mixture into the chocolate mould.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
Remove chocolate from the mould and store them in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer**
* If you don't have a chocolate mould you can use a cupcake or icecube tray. Silicone makes it easier to pop out.
** Allow them to thaw for a few minutes if storing in the freezer before eating them.
