Updated: May 7, 2020

Raw chocolate stacked on top of each other with a bite taken out

With only 5 ingredients, one bowl and no bake, this recipe couldn't be easier.

You can eat this chocolate straight from the fridge and it has an amazing fudgy texture. I know you are going to love these raw chocolate bites.

Flat lay of raw vegan chocolate ingredients includes honey, cacao, cacao butter, salt and peanut butter

Fudgy Peanut Butter Raw Chocolate

^Vegan, soy-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free

Portion: 6 squares

Prep Time: 10 min

Set Time: 1-2 hours (can speed this up by setting in the freezer)

Ingredients

1/4 cup Cacao Butter

1/4 cup Smooth Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup for Vegan option)

1/3 cup Cacao

Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

Crushed Roasted Peanuts

Directions

  1. Melt Cacao Butter using a double boiler

  2. Once melted add Peanut Butter and Honey, heat through

  3. Take off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients

  4. Keep stirring until well combined

  5. Optional: Add crushed peanuts to the bottom of the chocolate mould*

  6. Spoon mixture into the chocolate mould.

  7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.

  8. Remove chocolate from the mould and store them in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer**

Notes

* If you don't have a chocolate mould you can use a cupcake or icecube tray. Silicone makes it easier to pop out.

** Allow them to thaw for a few minutes if storing in the freezer before eating them.
