Best Health and Fitness Podcasts

I don’t know about you, but I find it really hard to find a good podcast. Just about anyone can make a podcast these days and there is so much to choose from.
What makes these podcasts stand out, is the speakers are reputable with experience in the industry or relevant qualifications. Also, they are nice to listen to with engaging content. Having a "nice" voice might be considered weird but I have lost count of how many podcasts I stopped listening to after a few seconds because their voice didn’t resonate well with me haha. .
I hope you like my top rated podcasts as much as I do.

If you aren’t familiar with Sarah’s Day, I would definitely check out her YouTube channel. She creates a lot of nutrition, exercise and well-being content in a super lighthearted way. Her vlogs are always fun and engaging and this podcast is no different.
